Ordering & delivery
How long until I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 4–8 working days. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Exact times depend on the courier and your location. More details on the Delivery page.
How is my order shipped?
Every order ships as a tracked parcel to your address. You'll receive the tracking number by email once it's dispatched.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — on orders over €40 shipping is free. Below that threshold, standard shipping is €4.90.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States. For any other country, contact us at hello@bioprime.bg before placing your order.
Payment
How can I pay?
All major debit and credit cards and PayPal are accepted, processed securely at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged when you place the order. You'll receive an order confirmation and receipt by email right away.
Products, use & safety
How do I take the supplements and what is the dose?
The recommended daily dose and directions are on the label of each product — for example Bloat Relief Complex for bloating and digestion, and MEMORYPRO for memory and focus. Follow the directions on the pack and do not exceed the stated dose.
How soon will I see results?
Honestly, it depends on the product, your body and your lifestyle. Food supplements work with regular use over time, not as a one-off fix. Some people feel the effect sooner; others need longer, consistent use.
Are the products safe?
We build on scientifically proven ingredients in effective doses, without pharmaceutical trade-offs, so they are safe for the body when taken as directed. Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to treat any disease.
Are they suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a chronic condition, or are considering use by children, we recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist first. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Can I take the supplements together with medication?
If you take medication or have a health condition, consult a doctor or pharmacist before combining the supplement with them. That's the safest way to judge whether it's right for you.
Returns & guarantee
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee, and as an EU consumer you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. The two don't cancel each other out — whichever is more favourable to you applies.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?

What is the 14-day right of withdrawal?
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, under consumer protection law, without giving a reason and subject to the legal conditions.
Who pays for the return, and how soon do I get my money back?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive and check the returned parcel, we refund the amount by bank transfer within up to 7 working days. The full terms are on the Returns page.
